See Hear Love …

What does it mean to you in your context?

Today on the show we shared about what it means to us  – where we are at.

Our desire is for women (and men) out there watching, is that you will feel seen, heard and loved.

I’ve shared my story in a few different settings. The number of women that talk to me after saying, ‘I thought I was alone…’ is absolutely astounding. My heart, for this show, is that if you have felt that way, that we will somehow bridge that gap. We want to see you and hear your story. That is how we connect and how love can be built more strongly.

I have been in a bit of a season of transition. I relocated to Ontario, Canada from Beautiful British Columbia at the end of 2016. For me, in this new place – I am one of those women who sometimes feels alone – unseen. In that sense, I want to be seen, heard and loved by new people I meet. Don’t we all though? I guess it’s a struggle of wanting to be accepted and balancing the people pleasing need (for me anyway). It’s a deep desire of mine to connect past the surface. I want to know you and be known by you. Let’s have real talk – none of this, ‘I’m fine’ when I ask how you are. Tell me what’s going on. What are you struggling with? What do you need encouragement for?
