Kim recently joined World Vision Canada to lead their strategic direction of customer experience and philanthropic engagement. She has expertise in the areas of brand management, marketing, transformational change, and strategic consulting. Kim’s leadership experience and marketing skills were honed at industry-leading organizations such as KPMG, Microsoft, and Procter and Gamble. She has professional designations in Project Management and Lean, and is a Chartered Member of the Canadian Marketing Association, as well, she has an MBA from Schulich School of Business. Kim has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations including, Tyndale University College & Seminary, Heritage College & Seminary, Muskoka Bible Ministries and currently serves on the Oakville Hospital Foundation Board of Directors.

Kim has two children, Jordan a boy, 21 and Janine a girl, 18.  Both are students at the University of Waterloo.
