Dr. Marjory Kerr
Dr. Marjory Kerr began her term as President and Vice Chancellor of Tyndale University on July 1, 2020. She came to this role having previously served for seven years at Booth University College in Winnipeg, Manitoba, including four years as President and Vice Chancellor, following a three-year term as Vice President Academic and Dean.
Dr. Kerr holds a PhD in industrial/organizational Psychology from the University of Waterloo. She is a registered psychologist in Ontario, an executive coach, and holds membership in several professional associations. Her experience includes internal and external consulting and leadership roles focused on the identification and development of organizational talent in the public, private, and not-for-profit/NGO sectors. Dr. Kerr’s international experience includes initiatives throughout the United States and Western Europe, opportunities in Eastern Europe, United Arab Emirates and India, and a two-year assignment in the United Kingdom where she led the consulting practice for an international talent management firm.
