Judith brings 26 years of faith-based Non-Profit experience and is a veteran with over 40 years of ministry leadership. She has experience with local established churches, working alongside community partners, built a global internship initiative, has planted a church called SoulHouse and brings experienced leadership through organization + program development as well as team building and coaching. 

Judith’s leadership, vision, and strategy has always been about investing in a collective group of people that want to change lives and communities.  She experiences great joy in seeing others connect with Jesus through serving others.

She is Co-Author of ‘What does Justice look like and Why does God care about it?’ (Herald Press, 2020) and is a regular Leader Magazine columnist for MennoMedia  since 2021.

Judith is passionate about caring for Leaders by developing Healthy Leaders and Healthy Faith Organizations. Her greatest love is to lead others to Jesus.  If she has led anyone closer to Jesus in her leadership and life she feels she has fulfilled her call.

Judith is married to her college sweetheart Colin and has been married since 1989.  They have two adult children, Colin Jr. and Victoria Love.  Her favourite times are hanging out with her husband and children, her OHANA.  She loves to garden, decorate, host gatherings at her home and traveling.  “Tomorrow is never promised,” she says, “so live each day as if it is your last; remembering to be grateful for all that comes to you each day! I want to lead well where God plants me.”
